东山休闲观光园区规划面积7平方公里，可利用面积2000亩，目前初步形成以塔岭山景点群、沿山环山公路带、桃花节体验区、南石槽休闲娱乐和北石槽生态园等为主体的观光区块。

    发展定位：以良好的生态环境为基础，整合自然资源和人文资源，形成以休闲、健身、美食、旅游、潞商文化为导向的特色旅游观光带。
